CRAYS Gym / Training field guide

Train the body.Elevate performance.

Your training does not need one prescribed definition. It needs a place that lets strength, movement and conditioning work together — and gives you a reason to return tomorrow.

A gym floor with range

One visit.
More than one way to train.

Some days begin with a clear plan. Others begin with the energy you bring through the door. CRAYS gives both kinds of training a home.

Every CRAYS Gym can combine its published mix of strength, functional and conditioning areas. Exact equipment and availability remain specific to the club you choose.

01

Build strength

A focused strength floor gives you room to train the movements that matter to you, without turning every session into a performance for someone else.

02

Move with purpose

Functional training makes room for movement that does not belong to one machine: mobility, balance, conditioning and combinations that keep the whole body involved.

Find your pace

Conditioning belongs to the same training day. Start easy, build capacity or finish with intent — your session decides the pace.

Build your session

One clear job. Three useful chapters.

A good session does not need to include everything in the gym. Give it a beginning, a focused middle and an ending you can recover from.

Turn sessions into progress
  1. 01

    10 min

    Arrive

Raise your temperature, check how your body feels and rehearse the movements you want to train.

  2. 02

    30-45 min

    Build

Give the main part of your session one clear job: strength, skill, conditioning or a considered combination.

  3. 03

    5-10 min

    Reset

Bring your breathing down, note what worked and leave enough energy to make the next session possible.

Your rhythm

Train for today. Build for what comes next.

A productive training week can include effort, recovery and variation. These are directions, not a prescribed programme: you decide what belongs in your session.

Strength

Use resistance and free-weight areas to build a session around your own training goal.

Movement

Keep mobility and functional work close enough to become part of the routine.

Conditioning

Choose a sustainable pace or a demanding finish across the available cardio area.

Train with judgement

Guidance should be as real as the training.

CRAYS will never turn a generic web page into a diagnosis or an individual programme. Available introductions, coaching and personal training are published by the club when they can genuinely be requested.

Understand personal training

Your body sets the boundary

Stop when a movement feels unsafe. Health conditions, pain or a return after injury deserve appropriate professional advice.

The club page sets the facts

Check the released location, entry option, facilities and contact route instead of assuming that every club is identical.

Your first visit

Arrive ready. Keep the first session simple.

You do not need to know the whole floor on day one. One clear plan, a few controlled movements and enough time to orient yourself are a strong start.

  1. 01

Choose a released club or entry product before you travel.

  2. 02

Bring the access information and identification requested during booking.

  3. 03

Wear training clothes and clean indoor shoes that suit your session.

  4. 04

Start with loads and movements you can control; ask the club team when you are unsure.

Training questions

Know before you train.

Do all CRAYS Gyms have exactly the same equipment?

No. The training idea is shared across the network, while equipment, zones and available services belong to the club you choose. Use the released club information before your visit.

Can I train when I am new to the gym?

Yes. Begin with a simple session, use movements you can perform with control and ask the local team about available guidance. Personal coaching is shown separately only when it is released for booking.

Where can I see a ready-made training plan?

The progress guide helps you turn a goal into a repeatable training rhythm. It is educational guidance, not a medical assessment or an individual coaching programme.
