Can everyone create a Member account?
Yes. Every customer may create and use a free digital CRAYS Gym Member account without purchasing a Gym subscription.

Does a free Member account grant studio entry?
No. Physical studio entry remains fail-closed and requires a separately active Gym plan, confirmed payment and a valid studio-access entitlement.
Which sign-in methods belong to the Member flow?
Auth0 Universal Login on login.crays.pro provides Email, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft for work or school accounts through Entra ID. Microsoft social login through live.com/windowslive and Nostr are not part of the Gym Member login. Provider-prefilled identity data is accepted only from the verified provider response.
Where do business stakeholders continue?
Real Estate Owners, Franchise Partners, Funding Partners, Investors, Vendors and other B2B groups continue on https://www.crays.pro/. Their pages are not hosted as Gym Member pages.
