How do I join?
Open the Member page or the Memberships page, choose the released gym and compare the five published access options before entering account details.
Can I train without a membership?
Yes. The published Day Pass is €7.90 for one-time access and the Prepaid Bundle is €69 for ten entries. The bundle is described as never expiring.
What memberships are published?
Monthly membership at €59 per month, 12-month membership billed monthly at €54.90 per month and 12-month prepaid membership at €529 per year.
Do all plans work at every future CRAYS gym?
No network-wide entitlement is implied. The selected location and final access scope shown in checkout are decisive.

When is CRAYS open?
Every day of the year from 05:00 until 24:00.
Which location is published?
The current public offer identifies the opening club in Munich-Laim at Elsenheimerstr. 31, 80687 Munich-Laim. Future clubs will receive their own verified pages.
Where can I find accessibility information?
Use the Accessibility page for the digital service and contact CRAYS before travelling with a location-specific physical access question.
Are classes, recovery facilities or events available?
Only club-specific services with confirmed details will be published. The site does not imply an unpublished class timetable, sauna, recovery service or event.
Account & privacy
Where do members sign in?
Use the Member page and open My CRAYS. Business partners use the separate CRAYS Login Portal.
Does choosing a relationship grant a role?
No. It records intent and return context only. Verified account relationships and permissions are decided separately.
Which sign-in methods are available?
Only methods configured and proven in the active identity tenant are displayed. Unproven methods remain hidden.
Will CRAYS ask for my Nostr private key?
No. Never send plaintext private keys, passwords or recovery codes to CRAYS staff or support.
