Completed fit-out environment representing delivery capability

YOUR DELIVERY CAPABILITY

Show where your team can help deliver a CRAYS place.

Show us your capability, geography, capacity, references and applicable legal, safety and quality evidence. You may need different proof for Coffee, Retail, Gym and Clubs because their work packages and delivery standards differ. Your registration starts qualification only; it never guarantees approval, invitation, tender, assignment, volume, revenue or preferred status.

FOUR VENTURES, DIFFERENT BRIEFS

Shared governance does not mean one universal scope.

01

Coffee

Food and service equipment, counters, packaging, local supply and customer-flow work may be relevant.

02

Retail

Fixtures, assortment and fulfilment infrastructure, merchandising and inventory-related setup may be relevant.

03

Gym

Training equipment, flooring, access, changing and service areas, and safety or commissioning work may be relevant.

04

Clubs

Hospitality rooms, events, food and service, furnishings and guest-experience systems may be relevant.

These are orientation examples, not universal scopes, awards or specifications. The approved Property–Format Assessment, design evidence and opening plan determine the actual released brief.

YOUR DELIVERY QUESTIONS

Qualification first. Assigned work only.

Does registration guarantee approval or work?

No. Registration starts review. Qualification, invitation, tender, quote, award and assignment are separate states and none guarantees volume or revenue.

Can I see current projects or tender anonymously?

No. CRAYS does not publish an anonymous tender room. You see only a work package explicitly assigned and released to your company after qualification and authorization.

Do all four Ventures use the same checklist?

No. Shared governance applies, but evidence, technical, safety, quality, equipment, supply and delivery requirements remain category-, property-, Venture- and Format-specific.

Can we see another supplier's quote, invoice or defect record?

No. Company and assignment scope isolates commercial, document, message, quality and close-out records.

Does completion evidence approve an invoice or payment?

No. Completion, quality review, invoice readiness, invoice approval and payment are separate governed steps.

What should we prepare before registering?

Exact categories/regions, accountable contacts, current capacity, relevant references and applicable legal, insurance, trade, safety and quality evidence.

Register what you can deliver. See only the work package your company is qualified, authorized and assigned to review.

Both actions use the safe shared Portal. They perform no qualification, tender, award, assignment, release, upload, send, invoice approval or payment.
