Funding team reviewing a dossier together

YOUR FUNDING REVIEW

Review a structured funding case. Make your own credit decision.

Receive a versioned financing dossier for your assigned review: borrower context, capital need, property and market evidence, operating assumptions, scenarios and opening dependencies. Your institution reviews only the evidence released to your relationship, asks its own questions and independently decides whether and on what terms to proceed.

THE DECISION BOUNDARY

Where does CRAYS preparation end and your underwriting responsibility begin?

CONTINUE TO THE SIX QUESTIONS

CRAYS prepares your dossier. You underwrite and decide.

CRAYS can organize and govern the evidence made available for a specific Funding Case. It does not make your credit decision, promise approval, set your terms or turn a Prepared Deal into a bankable or pre-approved proposition. Each lender applies its own policy, records its own questions, conditions and decision, and remains responsible for its regulated process.

Separate records

Funding Case and Lender Review records, evidence versions and institution-specific release scope remain distinct and auditable.

Independent responsibility

Questions, conditions, policy and the final decision belong to your institution while you review that assigned case.

SIX UNDERWRITING QUESTIONS

Public educational content. No borrower, property, model, document, decision or case value is exposed here.

Six questions. One governed evidence trail.

  1. IDENTITY / AUTHORITY01

    Who is taking the obligation?

Confirmed Candidate/entity context, relevant organization relationship, applicable identity/KYC/AML, equity and source-of-funds evidence.

Boundary — Registration or browsing never triggers these checks. Required borrower-readiness evidence must be complete or explicitly not applicable before dossier handoff.

  2. PROJECT / VERSION02

What exactly would the facility finance?

Reconciled capital requirement, committed equity, use of funds, timing and proposed structure.

Boundary — A request or model is not an approved facility, commitment or drawdown.

  3. ECONOMICS / SENSITIVITY03

    What supports debt service?

Versioned revenue, cost, ramp, base, downside, sensitivity and debt-service assumptions.

Boundary — Forecasts are not actuals or repayment guarantees. Definitions, periods, sources and exclusions stay visible.

  4. PROPERTY / READINESS04

    Why this property and market?

Approved case-scoped property, access, catchment, competition, lease and Format-fit evidence.

Boundary — Evidence is source-, date- and version-limited and never a demand, valuation or property-acceptance guarantee.

  5. DELIVERY / CONDITIONS05

What can delay opening or increase capital need?

Lease, design, planning, construction, equipment or inventory, supplier, system, training and launch dependencies with owners and status.

Boundary — Target dates and budgets remain conditional. A plan is not a guaranteed opening or final cost.

  6. CHANGE / CONTROL06

How are conditions and change governed?

Versioned documents, questions, conditions, decisions, drawdown evidence and agreed monitoring definitions.

Boundary — Each condition stays with its lender and review. CRAYS does not universalize one lender’s decision.

A SCOPED DOSSIER

Can your team see what is sourced, assumed, missing and superseded?

Evidence is versioned. Missing stays missing.

Each artifact must expose source, as-of date, version, status, assumptions, exclusions and release scope. A package heading does not make the dossier complete.

  1. 01

    Borrower and organization readiness

  2. 02

Capital requirement, equity and proposed use of funds

  3. 03

    Property, market and lease context

  4. 04

    Operating assumptions and versioned scenarios

  5. 05

Delivery and opening dependencies with milestone status

  6. 06

Questions, conditions, decisions and monitoring definitions

PUBLIC AND RELATIONSHIP-SCOPED ACCESS

Registration is never evidence access.

PUBLIC

  • The CRAYS Funding Partner proposition
  • The six underwriting questions
  • Dossier categories, governance and lender independence
  • Relationship request and safe login actions
  • An honest absence of public lender or case metrics

AFTER APPROVAL + ASSIGNMENT

  • Only assigned Funding Cases and Lender Reviews
  • Released borrower-readiness evidence
  • Capital need, equity, uses, models and scenarios
  • Released property and lease evidence
  • Scoped questions, conditions, decisions and monitoring

NEVER BY GENERAL REGISTRATION

  • Unrelated Candidates, institutions, cases or projects
  • Another lender’s questions, terms, decision or pricing
  • Unreleased investor, owner, Vendor or internal records
  • Universal provider-payload or source-system access
  • Any borrower evidence without explicit version release

Private lender-release authority requires deliberate case-specific Candidate financing intent, complete and current applicable regulated checks, Candidate authorization or consent where required, an approved institution relationship, one assigned Lender Review and explicit release of the exact evidence version. Login or an open gate is never enough.

PARTNER PATHWAY

Five gates before governed continuation.

    OutputGoverned continuation or closure

Use this sequence to understand how your review is designed to progress. Portal, assignment, regulated checks, evidence release, lender send, monitoring and provider workflows are available only where released. Nothing guarantees assignment, volume, approval, terms, drawdown, repayment or a continuing relationship.

FOUR VENTURES, ONE EVIDENCE DISCIPLINE

Shared governance. Venture- and Format-specific models.

Coffee, Retail, Gym and Clubs may have different customer drivers, space patterns, equipment or inventory needs, operating assumptions and opening dependencies. Source, version, status, assumption, release and independent decision remain shared. No Gym-only member, studio or equipment model is generalized to all Ventures.

COFFEE

Daypart, service flow, production and local supply

RETAIL

Category, inventory, service and merchandising

GYM

Membership, training, equipment and operating capacity

CLUBS

Community, hospitality, programming and mixed-use operations

YOUR FUNDING QUESTIONS

The boundary, explained.

Does CRAYS approve or pre-approve financing?

No. CRAYS prepares and governs your assigned case dossier. Your institution independently underwrites, decides and sets any terms or conditions.

Can we inspect borrower or case evidence before our relationship is approved?

No. The public page explains the questions, categories and process only. Private evidence is available only after deliberate Candidate financing intent, complete and current applicable regulated checks, Candidate authorization or consent where required, an approved institution relationship, Lender Review assignment and explicit release of that evidence version.

Does registration start KYC/AML or credit verification?

No. Registration begins relationship review only. Applicable regulated checks begin at their case-specific gate; required borrower-readiness evidence must be complete or explicitly not applicable before dossier handoff.

Will every Funding Case contain every possible artifact?

No. The dossier must show which evidence exists, its source, version and status, what is assumed or missing and what remains unresolved. Category headings never prove completeness.

What happens if our institution declines?

Your decision remains on your Lender Review. The separate Funding Case and underlying records may remain, subject to lawful retention. A review by another lender requires its own eligible relationship, applicable Candidate approval or consent, new assignment and approved evidence release; routing is never automatic.

Are Coffee, Retail, Gym and Clubs assessed in the same way?

They share evidence governance, not one identical model. Customer drivers, property context, operating assumptions, capital uses and opening dependencies remain Venture- and Format-specific.

Bring your credit policy. CRAYS brings the governed case evidence.

Both actions enter the safe shared Portal flow. They encode no role or case state in the URL and perform no finance, evidence release or provider action.
